New gravity irrigation (4,743 LF 18”   RCP) with boxes & gates; New storm drainage (5,141 LF – 24” RCP main   & 12” laterals) with manholes, curb boxes, & combo boxes; Complete   asphalt roadway removal; Roadway   widening with full roadway section (excavation, granular borrow, road base,   & asphalt pavement); Complete reconstruction of existing asphalt roadway   section (excavation, granular borrow, road base, & asphalt pavement); New   concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, & ADA ramps; New asphalt pavement;   Roadway striping; Signage; Tree removal; Fence removal, replacement, &   new; Culinary &   secondary waterline loops; Relocation of pressurized sewer pits; &   New landscaping 

   LPC was the General Contractor for Clinton City on this project. New Weber Basin Water 12" culinary main with a new PRV vault & two 24" diameter bores; new Clearfield 8" culinary main with a new PRV vault & one 16" diameter bore; roadway section (excavation, 12" thick road base, & asphalt pavement); concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, & ADA ramps removal & replacement; striping; signage; tree removal; fence removal & replacement; and landscaping

New Culinary Waterline (3,032 LF 12” C-900 & 394 LF 8” C-900) with lateral services and hydrants; New Land Drain (1,572 LF 12” SDR-35 & 1,737 LF 8” SDR-35) with new 5’ diameter manholes, laterals, and abandonment of existing main; Complete roadway asphalt removal; New Asphalt Pavement; roadway striping; & Concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, and curb & gutter removals & replacements 

 LPC was a key subcontractor completing new gravity irrigation (1,100 LF 15” PIP pipe, 15” RCP, & 24” RCP) with boxes & screw gates; New Culinary Waterlines (Clinton & West Point) 6” & 8” C-900 mains/laterals – 2,464 LF, 10” & 16” mains – 10,441 LF, with services, laterals, and hydrants; New Secondary Waterline (Weber Canal Company) 4”-12” C-900 – 6,222 LF, 18” & 20” D.I. pipe 80 LF, with services, air vacs, and drains; New Sanitary Sewer (West Point) 8”-12” SDR-35 – 2,224 LF with 8 (EA) new manholes, and new 4” lateral services; Complete removal of existing culinary waterlines, secondary waterlines, and gravity irrigation lines; abandon existing sewer main

LPC was the General Contractor for North Ogden City on this project. 

LPC is a subcontractor for Big-D on this project. LPC is installing underground storm drain utilities including sewer and water lines.

LPC is installing a concrete vault and removing and replacing all concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk. 

LPC is a subcontractor for Geneva Rock and will be reconstructing pedestrian access ramps, sidewalks, flatwork and curb & gutter.
