New Secondary Waterlines (2,765 LF PVC 12”, 8” & 6”) with lateral services; New Culinary Waterlines (1,648 LF PVC 12”, 8” & 6”) with lateral services; New Storm Drainage (1,224 LF 12” & 15”) with curb inlets, manholes, & combo boxes; New Sanitary Sewer Lines (1,524 LF 8”) with manholes & lateral services; Complete roadway asphalt removal; New Asphalt Pavement, Park Removals including concrete & landscape removals, new concrete sidewalk, curbs, flatwork, new pavilion, new double volleyball court, lighting, and precast restroom facility; roadway striping; & Concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, and curb & gutter removals & replacements
